Yes, many of our home foot care appointments are booked by a friend or relative, especially for those who may not have the capacity to book for themselves. In these instances we recommend that you call the clinic on 0800 999 1886 rather than book online so that we can collect all the relevant information from you and any additional information we may need to know.

At Foot Medic™ Cardiff your security and piece of mind is of utmost importance to us. That’s why once we have confirmed an appointment date with you we will then call you 24 hours before our visit with the name of the practitioner and an approximate time they will arrive.

Payment can be made at the time of booking by card or at the time of the appointment by card or cash. If the patient dose not have the capacity to handle payments we would appreciate that payment is made in advance to avoid any confusion.
